A recent study by Singapore’s A*STAR Institute (SIFBI) together with GFI APAC and NECTAR confirmed what we’ve been working toward: meat enhanced with plant proteins can actually outperform conventional meat in blind taste tests, proving that sustainability and great taste truly can go hand in hand.

Even more exciting: the study found that consumers who are less likely to buy fully plant-based products were around 40% more likely to consider trying hybrid or “meat-plus-plants” products. That’s an incredible opportunity to reach more people with better, more sustainable food.
